I smell like holiday ham

Super-duper fast...

Saturday afternoon/evening was spent at Grammy's house, celebrating her birthday.  Almost everyone made it, but we missed those that were absent.  All the kids were pretty well behaved, and so were the adults.  It was actually somewhat relaxing, even though it was a house jam-packed with 10 adults and 7 small children.

Saturday evening at home wasn't all that fun.  The boys were both waking up and hollering for me with tear-soaked, shaking faces.  Not sure what that was all about.  Popo told me his mouth hurt, but I'm not sure if he just remembers me asking him that sometimes or not.  And when he heard his brother get offered "strawberry medicine" (Tylenol), Bubby piped up about his aching gums too.  They did sleep after that and some water, so I just don't know.

On Sunday we missed all church activity, for obvious sleep-deprived reasons.  We spent most of the day at Nana's house hanging out with her, Aunt Nicole, and cousin Mady.  Mady was a trip, and really took off with her walking while we were there.  Little kids really get inspired by other kids running around them like maniacs.  That was a refreshing day and I got to get some of that browsey shopping done that you just can't do with three small children.

Today we started homeschooling preschool!  It was such a thrill.  I have some pictures, but they are on my phone because I broke our camera, so I'll have to get them online later.  The boys were so into it and I just have a great feeling about it all.  For now.  :)  Baby Bear wasn't always patient with our efforts, but she'll get used to the routine eventually.

Tonight was Apples of Gold, which was completely lovely, of course.  There's only one week left, and I'm already so sad it's going to be over.  All the ladies in our group are just so sweet and wise.  And the food is to die for!  Mom watched the babes for me and they had a good time.

I would love to expound  more on each of these things, but really only have the time and energy to summarize.  We are having a great time being a goofy little family, missing our Daddy, and growing bigger and stronger every day.  We just can't wait for Daddy to come home so we can have real family time.  And go to Orlando, woohoo!
