Super Cute Monkey
Well, really, all monkeys are pretty cute, but this one's super cute. We just sent one to our nephew born last week. I'm so sad he lives so far away - I want to see this monkey! Oh yeah, him too!

Reminder Links to Self
I wish I'd thought to do this a hundred neat project pages ago, but I'm including a link to a great project idea for me to make (not for my store, but for my sister) I just found, so I read this blog later and remember to try it.
Okay, here's one to remember to make one for myself and one for each of my girly-friends.
I hope some peeps check these projects out and enjoy them too! If you finish one of these, let me know how it went and post a pic, so I can enjoy vicariously - it will probably take me forever to get to them.

Oh my goodness, this is AAWWWESOMMME!!!
Okay, so I've been reading and reading and reading and reading tons of stuff online, from Etsy advice and information to tons of seller's blogs to online craft zines. There is so much super-cool information and ideas out there! Not to mention the neato people. I'm so excited to become apart of their world.
I am pretty sure I know what my primary product is going to be for my store, but I'm still too scared to actually type it out. I already regret leaking the secret to some family members and friends. Am I a dork or what? I wonder if anyone could narrow it down based on the comments I make here on out...
So I've been stocking up on some fabric remnants from a couple of stores here in town. I would love to go ahead and start ordering fabric and stuff online, but I'm trying to be practical. I'm planning on attending a certain class at a nearby store, to see if it would make sense to make the major part of my product, or just buy that part pre-made. I've also been sketching some of my design ideas out, just so I don't forget. I have to stay committed to chronicling everything I think of, or else I'm going to get distracted and drop the ball. Although, I have to say, I've stayed focused and passionate about this longer than I usually would. Maybe this is the real deal??
